Throbbing Pain In Neck

Morgen - Marian Crisan

Morgen film is a very wise, funny but never hilarious, touching but taking care not to be overwhelming, moral but not definitive. It shows a man a little big passion for collecting an illegal fishing by more than cowardly political courage. The film is indeed the story of an ordinary heroism, a heroism of fact, closer to the tripping of the stark choice. Everything is minimized : The law, hate, fate - this is nothing. What matters is the budding friendship between two men. The Romanian was found at the Turk a perfect pet, who does not speak his language, but the potato peeler, cut the wood, laying the tiles on the roof, and entertains his female complainer.
Morgen would not be a very strange film if the filmmaker had a taste of dawn. It multiplies the scenes in the early morning scenes in the fog scenes in shadow against the rising sun pink scenes in a dawning light. So that the film beyond its history, becomes a study of light and its variations, in the same landscape at a particular time of day. These blades are not metaphorical, or even aesthetic - they are there: the story we are led by evidence.
